This 1930S house was in need of an extension and a new layout to accommodate a busy family.
Downstairs, small zones were visually created for chilling, cooking, dinning and working, with a pinch of humour throughout the living area.
Upstairs, new partition walls were installed to fit 3 pocket doors, leaving more space in these small bedrooms. As a consequence, we were able to upgrade a single bedroom into a double bedroom. A lovely solid wood oak floor replaced the shabby laminated one and new a children's bathroom was fitted lighter and more spacious.
