Penthouse – Hampstead Heath

My clients asked me to renovate an old, worn-out flat that was last refurbished in the 1980s. They wanted me to create a warm, bright and cosy space. I reworked the internal layout, added a guest en-suite and a dressing room, and repurposed the old guest bathroom into a functional utility room. I also provided advice on materials, colours, furniture, lighting layout and fittings, designed two new bathrooms, and created bespoke joinery throughout the flat.

Before beginning construction on the large ground-floor extension and loft, my clients reached out to me for assistance. While they had an architect on board, they needed help with selecting the right materials, floors, colours, wall coverings, furniture, and home decor. The entire project spanned over a year, but the end result is absolutely stunning.

Low-carbon House – Muswell Hill

A lovely project in collaboration with Johanna Ahrberg-Jackson of Ahrberg Jackson Design and Natalie Black of Enbee Architecture + Design.
This project is an adventure in retrofit possibilities. Starting with a wreck and with an equally passionate client, They were able to explore, research and innovate to achieve the lowest carbon solutions we could find.

Family Home – Alexandra Palace

We redesigned a basement that had been affected by flooding and was in a pretty bad condition. We also updated a spare bedroom that needed both an office and a spare bedroom. Two years later, we worked on the kitchen and dining area. We spruced up the kitchen and replaced the bi-fold doors with a Crital style that opens onto the garden.

Arts & Craft house - New Barnet

This house celebrates the Arts and Crafts movement using William Morris wallpapers that depict his love for nature. We have incorporated 1960s vintage furniture sourced second-hand or through Freecycle to give the rooms a modern touch. We chose to spray paint the kitchen instead of replacing it, and whenever possible, we retained the curtains and wallpapers.

Victorian Flat – Finsbury Park

This former rented flat was meticulously refurbished with a sustainable and eco approach. The paint, materials, kitchen and wood panelling were sourced accordingly. The result is a bright and colour flat, full of character.
